These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at www.prozollo.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Oryan LLC (“Prozollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to draw attention to it.
Using the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, licence or exploit any part of the Site, except as these terms allow or as the law permits.

Content you submit
You keep ownership of anything you submit to the Site — an enquiry, a comment, a review, a file. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce and display that material for the purpose of operating the Site and responding to you.
You confirm that anything you submit is yours to submit, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading. We may remove any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to store or return it.
Do not send us confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed a confidential channel with you in advance.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the Site and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Oryan LLC and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site, and print or download individual pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to websites and services operated by other people. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy and security practices. Dealing with a third party found through the Site is a matter between you and them.
Availability
We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time, including for maintenance, and we will not be liable to you for doing so. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oryan LLC, and its officers, directors, employees and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — whether the claim is in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent that jurisdiction permits, and nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oryan LLC and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Michigan for the resolution of any dispute, and each of us waives any objection to venue in those courts.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes are settled that way.
General
- Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force, and the unenforceable provision is to be read as narrowly as necessary to make it enforceable.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the other policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace anything said or written before.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event outside its reasonable control.
