Our commitment
Oryan LLC is committed to making www.prozollo.com (the “Site”) usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse. Accessibility is not a feature we add at the end — it is part of how the Site is built and maintained.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the international benchmark for accessible web content, and they are the standard referenced by accessibility law in the United States and elsewhere.
In practice, working to that standard means:
- Text that meets minimum contrast ratios against its background, and a layout that still works when text is enlarged to 200%.
- Every function reachable with a keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a visible focus indicator at all times.
- Headings, lists, landmarks and tables marked up so that assistive technology can convey the structure of a page, not just its words.
- Meaningful alternative text on images that carry information, and no alternative text on images that are purely decorative.
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors described in text rather than by colour alone.
- Video and audio accompanied by captions or a transcript where we publish it.
- No content that flashes in a way known to trigger seizures.
- Respect for the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system.
How we maintain it
Accessibility is checked as part of building and updating the Site, using a combination of automated testing and manual review — including keyboard-only navigation and testing with a screen reader. Automated tools catch only a portion of real barriers, so manual review is not optional.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware that:
- Content provided by third parties — embedded maps, videos, social media posts, payment forms and similar — is outside our direct control, and its accessibility depends on the provider.
- Documents published before this statement, particularly older PDFs, may not meet the same standard. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
- New content is checked before publication, but an error can still reach the Site. We fix accessibility defects as a priority when they are reported.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers, and with assistive technologies including screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and switch access. It is built to work without a mouse and to remain usable when a custom stylesheet, a high contrast mode, or browser zoom is applied.
Tell us about a barrier
If you meet a barrier on this Site, we want to hear about it. Please tell us:
- The page you were on — the web address is the most useful thing.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- The browser, device and assistive technology you were using, if you know.
We aim to acknowledge every report within five business days and to tell you how and when we expect to address it. Where a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
Getting the information another way
If anything on the Site is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide it in another format — large print, plain text, a readable document, or read to you over the telephone — at no charge.

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and you are not satisfied with our response, please tell us so directly, and we will escalate the matter internally and review it again.
