Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, all material published on www.prozollo.com (the “Site”) — including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, audio, video, software and the selection and arrangement of all of it — is the property of Oryan LLC or of the licensors who have permitted its use, and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

What you may do

You may view the Site, and print or download individual pages, for your own personal or internal business reference. You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Republish, redistribute or syndicate our material, in whole or in substantial part.
  • Sell, rent or sub-licence it.
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy it for a commercial purpose.
  • Create derivative works from it.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
  • Use it to train a machine learning model or build a dataset.

To request permission, contact us using the details below. We are generally glad to say yes when we are asked.

Trade marks

Our name, logo, and the names of our products and services are trade marks of Oryan LLC. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use them. Other names and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, which does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Reporting claimed infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we respond to clear notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you believe that material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if several works are covered by a single notice.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a full web address is best.
  4. Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

A notice missing any of these elements may not be effective. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

What happens next

On receiving an effective notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material complained of, and we will make a reasonable attempt to notify whoever posted it. In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, postal address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in not less than ten and not more than fourteen business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
